Police in Niagara County charged Chaqua Bembo with making a bomb threat to an administrator at her child's school, according to WGRZ. Bembo made the bomb threat after she got upset with an administrator at Niagara Charter School. She made the threat over the phone, allegedly threatening to "blow up the school." She was released Wednesday night after being arraigned.
