I have a friend who is always commenting on the speed of the week and the weekend. It seems every time we turn around it is either Friday or Monday in his opinion. The older I get, the more I understand and agree with that. But it's really what we do with the time we have that counts. Your job and weekly routine are a grind but Friday afternoons and evening are all yours!

I posed the question on Facebook, "what is the one thing you look forward to after work on Friday?" and got some great answers. From hanging out with the family to working a second job, Western New Yorkers sure do look forward to their time away from their careers on the weekend.

Below are the top 5 things that people on Facebook say that they do when Friday rolls around. For us, with three kids, we are busy with t-ball and everything that our kids are a part of. Laundry and other house chores take over the weekend as well. But not before mom and dad have a cold beer or glass of wine!

The weather looks great for this weekend and next week gets pretty warm. There are some great things to look forward to as the summer of 2022 keeps moving on. Regardless of what you might do on Friday, enjoy it and soak it all in. Before you know it, it will be Monday all over again and the grind to the weekend will begin!
