Western New York County Population Growth and Declines
Growth is the magic word when it comes to talking about Western New York. Not to mention Buffalo, which is a pretty good place to have real estate at the moment.
Well new studies prove that Buffalo as well as six other counties in Western New York show a population decline in recent studies.
According to G.Scott Thomas of Biz Journals, "Erie County revealed a population increase during the first half of this decade."
In fact the U.S. Census says Erie County alone picked up 3,514 new residents between April 1,2010, and July 1,2015.
