2 New York Men Wanted On Murder Charges

Two New York men are wanted for murder. They both made New York State's 'Most Wanted Fugitives' list. They are considered armed and dangerous by the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision's Office of Special Investigations.  Under no circumstances should you try to apprehend any of these fugitives.  The investigator's contact info in each case is below each photo.  Each is presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law.

Moreno has been on OSI's most wanted list for at least a couple of years. However, there is always a chance that someone, somewhere, has seen him. After years of going unsolved, a New York State serial killer who murdered 11 women was finally caught in 2023.

Two Murderers On New York's Most Wanted List

1. Angel Hernandez was born on November 9, 1962. He is 5 feet, 6 inches and weighs 149 pounds. Hernandez was convicted of Murder 2nd, Robbery 1st, Robbery 2nd, Reckless Endangerment, and Att. Promoting Prison Contraband 1st in Manhattan and Brooklyn. He has a tattoo of a naked lady, a skull, and flames on his right arm, as well as Jesus, the grim reaper, and a lady on his left arm.

2. Armendo Moreno, was born on June 1, 1961. He is Hispanic, weighs 165 pounds, and stands 5 feet 6 inches tall. He is wanted on charges of murder, sodomy, aggravated sexual assault, and criminal possession of a weapon in Westchester. He is a level 3 sex offender.
