The Youngest Certified Yoga Instructors in WNY

Eric Heard and Daija Price are literally the youngest African American yoga instructors in the area. They are currently raising money to travel to India to learn more about their passion. They spoke with Teen Talk students about how they got started, the importance of yoga, and more. Check out the interview below. They also have set up a  Go Fund Me here to help them go to India.
