Teacher Cheating Scandal Places Teachers In Jail Facing Long Term Sentences … Fair / Unfair? [POLL]

I would NOT want to be a Teacher these days ... from what I remember, back in the day, Teachers were NOT evaluated based on how well I DID on any tests... if I failed it was on me!!!!!

Today things are a bit different in that Teacher can actually lose employment if students are failing... Is that FAIR?  This THREAT to Teachers led some Atlanta Teachers to try and "beat the system" by helping students PASS, thus helping themselves stay employed.  They did the wrong thing... but is JAIL a FAIR or UNFAIR punishment?  Personally I think losing your job and being Blacklisted from teaching is a harsh enough sentence.... but the Atlanta Court System DISAGREES!!!!
