The Federal Bureau of Investigation is offering a reward for a teen who was murdered in Western New York. It's a cold case file, and the FBI is offering a $20,000 reward in an attempt to bring justice to her and her family, finally. Imagine going through life not knowing who took your loved one away from you. In some cases, it could even be someone close to you, like a family member or a family friend. One thing I've learned is that even decades-old cases can be solved. Sometimes through technological advancements, sometimes by people finally revealing the secrets they have been keeping.
