All the early forecasts and even the Farmer's Almanac called for snow the first week of November across Western New York. It looks like the long-range forecasts are going to validate all those early forecasts.

WIVB's Mike Cejka put out some long-range forecasts on Twitter and it looks like the area could see anywhere .1 inches to over 2 inches of snow in the region

Growing up in West Seneca, snow as part of October is just normal. How many times as a kid did you have to go out trick or treating with your costume over your winter jacket and pants.

Of course, there are all long-range predictions and as we know the weather here in Western New York can change on a dime and we could see sunny skies all next week. I guess we will have to wait and see.
