Popular Ice Cream Recall In New York Due To Health Threat
The Rich Ice Cream Co. of West Palm Beach, Florida, has issued a recall for a variety of ice cream products, according to the FDA. The products being recalled include its Chocolate Crunch Cake Bars, Cool Watermelon Bars, Cotton Candy Twirl Bars, Crumbled Cookie Bars, Fudge Frenzy Bars, Rich Bars, Orange Cream Bars, Savagely Sour Blue Raspberry Bars, Savagely Sour Cherry Bars, and Strawberry Shortcake Bars. The affected lot numbers are 24351 through 25156. More than 110,292 cases of the Rich Ice Cream Co.'s various ice cream bars may have been contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

Mondelez Global LLC is recalling its individually wrapped packs of Ritz Peanut Butter Cracker Sandwiches. The products may be mislabeled as the Cheese variety, resulting in an undeclared peanut allergen.
On July 22, 2025, the FDA issued a Class II risk warning for the recall of the snacks. Class II means, "Use of or exposure to a violative product may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences or where the probability of serious adverse health consequences is remote."
