Sliders, whether chicken or steak are always delicious and filling and depending on the size, they can be an appetizer or a full meal. This recipe was made with larger sized slider rolls for dinner but feel free to downsize the roll.

This recipe packs a TON of flavor and will surely have your family coming back for seconds! If you're making these sliders for dinner I'd suggest pairing them with french fries, sweet potato fries or home fries. Check out the video and recipe below and let me know what you think!

Chicken Hoagie Orange Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise
  • Submarine Oil
  • Worcestershire
  • Sauce
  • Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • Ketchup
  • Barbecue Sauce
  • Paprika
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Black Pepper
  • Dash of Salt

Chicken & SausageMixture:

  • Chicken Breast Tenders (cut up)
  • Beef Sausages (or preference)
  • Lawry's
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Paprika
  • Onions Red, Green & Yellow Peppers
  • Banana Peppers

Mix sauce ingredients together and set aside. Season chicken and pan sear in olive oil and butter, on med-high heat. When almost done (about 10 minutes) add chopped beef sausage. After about 15 minutes, add onions and peppers. Cook additional 10 minutes stirring often. Add orange sauce and sear on low for 5 minutes. Split, butter and toast insides of rolls, this will help to keep them from getting too soft once the chicken and sauce is put on them. Put the bottoms of the rolls into baking pan, then put slices of cheese on top. Apply chicken, another slice of cheese, extra sauce if you have some then the tops of the rolls. Microwave butter and minced garlic for one minute and brush tops of rolls with it. Bake on 375 degrees for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
