Just as much as Buffalo wings are a Western New York staple, so is Buffalo Chicken Dip. Also affectionately known as Buffalo Wing Dip Or Chicken Wing Dip, regardless of what you call it, it is delicious!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

1 1/2 lb or shredded chicken breasts (I don't care for canned chicken so I'd recommend shredding cooked chicken breasts or if you're low on time and/or patience you can use a pre-cooked and shredded chicken like in the video which I bought from Wegman's. I used two packages.)
1 1/2 cup of Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce
1/2 cup off Frank's Hot Sauce
1 1/3 cup of Ranch Dressing
16 oz of cream cheese
Cup of shredded Monterey Jack
Cup of mozzarella
Stick of melted butter
1/2 Tsp Lawry's Seasoning
1/2 Onion powder -1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

Microwave cream cheese until warm (about 1 min) combine with Ranch dressing, shredded cheeses, wing sauce and seasonings. Mix then add to chicken. Mix together then add hot sauce (I wait until this stage to add hot sauce because sometimes i want more kick than others. It's easier to gauge at this step.) Mix in melted butter. Mix all together and smooth until even in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes stir then 375 for 20 minutes until brown around edges. Serve with tortillas or Doritos and enjoy! (P.S.
