Missing Rochester New York Man Found Dead

The search for a missing Rochester man ended tragically. The body of a 28-year-old man, Luis Leon, who lived on Indiana Street, was found off Route 17 in Cattaraugus County after a multi-county search. Police arrested a 48-year-old Livingston County man in connection with the homicide. Ruben Ortiz, who was located at Broad Street in Salamanca, was arrested for murder and hiding a body, according to 13 WHAM. Police say Leon, who suffered from blunt force trauma, had been deceased for several days. They say he was moved from his home to the area where his body was concealed.
