Today, a family is desperate for answers surrounding the sudden disappearance of 19-year-old Buffalo State College Honors student Saniyya Dennis, who was last seen April 24th on campus via elevator footage around 11pm with a snap in Niagara Falls to follow around 1am. Her father, a well-known and respected rapper Calvin Byrd, known in the music world as 40 Cal, her mother, loved ones and good Samaritans have been on foot in the Queen City for days, in search of any clues that may shine light on Saniyya’s whereabouts. With very few leads, any and all information is important. Bronx native Saniyya Dennis, weighs approximately 125 pounds and is described as a very loving and normally cautious young woman.
Yesterday evening on May 4th, Byrd gave an update with the most current information regarding the search, shared a message to his daughter and to those who are looking for ways to help. There is currently a $10,000 reward for information that leads to finding her.
