Man Sentenced To 15 Years In Prison For Powered Milk [What The Hell News]
When I first heard this story all I could say was, What The Hell!?!?!
How can you be sentenced to 15 years in jail for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute but to find out it was never cocaine but Powered Milk! Where was the initial test?
Well according to The Oklahoma Coddy Gregg was set to receive 15 years in jail when he pleaded guilty to trafficking cocaine. Greg was in jail since August but recently asked the judge to withdraw his plea after finding our that the lab report was negative, the actual substance was powdered milk. The Judge withdrew the please and the case was later dismissed.
