Hollywood's darling is '12 Years A Slave' star Lupita Nyong'o, who graciously accepted her first Oscar last night. Before the show, she shared how she personally has grown to love her Black beauty and hopes to inspire other young girls to do the same. Watch the inspiring speech here.
