WNY Ice Cream Truck Driver Arrested for DWI Wearing Only His Underwear

According to WIVB.com, Ryan Duff, 24, from East Amherst was arrested after riding around in his ice cream truck only wearing his underwear.

Erie County Sheriff's Department received numerous complaints about a man driving an ice cream truck screaming at people with barely any clothes on.

Duff refused drug testing, but was arrested after a drug recognition expert "decided he was impaired by drugs". He was charged with DWI drugs along with other charges. Duff returns to Clarence Town Court on August 25.
