Jermaine Dupri: Sued For Back Child Support

It’s being reported that record executive and producer Jermaine Dupri is getting hit up for back child support payments by his Atlanta baby mama who successfully sued him for paternity and was promptly left in the dust afterwards. She filed a secondary suit a few months ago for back pay and negligence. According to sources, Dupri was ordered to pay plaintiff Sarai Jones $10,000 a month in support and neglected to do so. Rand Kessler, Jones’ lawyer claims that the secondary suit was a last resort, and that Dupri left her no choice. “She wants to resolve it without having to go to court and work together with him to raise their child, she has nothing negative to say about him.” This suit comes at a bad time considering that records were unveiled recently from the Department of Revenue that show Dupri owes the state of Georgia almost half a million dollars in back taxes.
