How to avoid Bill game “Traffic” this evening!
The Bill take the filed today and its going down at New Era Field!! Traffic is about to be so "lit" around the Hamburg/Orchard Park area. The Bill will facing Panthers, at 7pm and don't forget the Fair is going to happening to so its going to be alot detours and stuff!
The police is recommending scheduling extra time to get to the stadium tonight because traffic is expected to be heavy along the major routes due to the big game, rush hour and the fair. I'm just going to take Uber!!
Below are the traffic patterns that will be in effect tomorrow around 5pm.
- The Sheriff Office anticipates closing a section of Abbott Road, between the entrance to Lot 4 (north end of the closure) and Lot 2 (south end of the closure), at 2 P.M. All through traffic will be diverted at that time.
- New Era Field parking lots open at 3 P.M. Fans and tailgaters are reminded that the Fan Code of Conduct, which promotes responsible tailgating, extends to the parking lots. Any games or activities that impeded traffic flow will not be permitted.
- Following the game, Route 20a (a.k.a. Big Tree Road) will be closed to westbound traffic from Abbott Road to the Route 219 overpass. All vehicles leaving the stadium and private lots along Rte. 20A must travel east.
