Hillary Clinton Says No For 2020 President
According to Hilary made the announcement on camera with News 12 that she is not running, but she will continue to stand up for what she believes in for women’s rights, gay rights, and equality. She also mentioned that it is very important to be involved with politics and be aware of what’s going on.
While she was being interviewed she never mentioned Donnie’s name, but she did talk about how she was so happy for all the women who were sworn into Congress back in January. She went into details on how a lot of those women reached out to her and said she inspired them.
When asked if she believes society has come a long way,
she did respond saying she does believe we’ve come a long way as a society, but we still need more improvement on women’s rights, gay rights and making sure everyone’s dignity is respected.
Although Hilary isn’t running for President, she has been meeting with other Democrats in private meetings and she discussed her focal point when meeting with candidates from the Democratic field. She said the focal point of those meetings were for the candidates to not take anything for granted even though there are a lot of issues in the government.
When asked will she ever run for governor or mayor in the future,
Hilary responded she doesn’t think so. She did enjoy being a senator for eight years, however she is enjoying life as a grandmother, author, and advocate in the lower Hudson Valley area. She will be expecting another grandchild this summer and says she has a lot to look forward to.
This would have been her third time running for President. Her first time running for president was in 2008 against Former President Barack Obama , and then in 2016 against
