FBI Hunts Five Fugitives Linked To Violent Crimes In New York

The Federal Bureau of Investigation's New York office is looking for 5 suspects and is offering rewards for the capture of some of them. The suspects committed a variety of crimes, some violent. If you have seen any of them, do not try to apprehend them. If you have any information about any of the suspects below, please contact your local FBI office.

1. SAIDUL HASAN CHOWDHURY
Wanted For: Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution - Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the First Degree, Rape in the Second Degree

Chowdhury uses a variety of aliases - Saidul Choedhury, Saidul H. Choudhary, Saidu Chowdhury, Saidu H. Chowdhury, Saidula Chowdhruy, and Chowdhury hasan Saidul. He was born on May 5, 1985. Chowdhury weighs 200 pounds and stands 5 feet, 8 inches tall. He has black hair and eyes. Chowdhury is considered a flight risk.

Chowdhury allegedly sexually assaulted a minor child in October 2008 in Queens. The crime was reported to authorities in 2024, and he was arrested in May 2024. He was charged with Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the First Degree, and Rape in the Second Degree. He was released on bond and then fled to Saudi Arabia, where the FBI believes he is still located. A federal arrest warrant was issued for Chowdhury on March 10, 2025, by the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York.

2. JOEL MYRIE
Reward: Up To $10,000
Wanted For: Conspiracy to Murder and Attempted Murder in-Aid-of Racketeering; Assault in-Aid-of Racketeering; Possessing, Using, Brandishing and Discharging a Firearm During a Crime of Violence

Myrie uses the aliases "Pookie" and "Antonio." He was born on April 21, 1997. Myrie weighs between 150 and 180 pounds and is between 5 feet, 6 inches and 5 feet, 7 inches tall. He has black hair and brown eyes. Myrie has a star tattoo on his left shoulder/torso area. On September 10, 2024, Myrie began dressing and appearing as a woman and still may look that way. He is considered armed and dangerous and a flight risk.

Myrie is wanted for his alleged involvement in a drive-by shooting on June 19, 2022, in the Canarsie area of Brooklyn. He allegedly fired at a rival gang member on a crowded street. One victim was shot and injured. Myrie was indicted, and a federal warrant was issued for his arrest on August 29, 2024. Myrie was charged with Conspiracy to Murder and Attempted Murder in Aid of Racketeering, Assault in Aid of Racketeering, and Possessing, Using, Brandishing, and Discharging a Firearm During a Crime of Violence.

3. MTAYARI DIXON
Reward: Up To $10,000
Wanted For: Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution - Murder

Dixon was born on December 20, 1992. He has black hair and brown eyes. Dixon weighs 235 pounds and is 6 feet, 1 inch tall. He has a tattoo on his upper left arm of a man's face. He has ties to New Rochelle, as well as Charlotte, North Carolina, Atlanta, Georgia, and Stamford, Connecticut.

Dixon, who is considered armed and dangerous, is wanted for allegedly murdering a man on October 26, 2022, in New Rochelle. He was involved in a verbal altercation with the victim. Authorities believe that he fled the murder scene via a train to Stamford, then headed to Atlanta by bus. He is believed to have then traveled to Charlotte. A federal arrest warrant was issued for him on March 8, 2024, in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York.

4. DAGOBERTO RAMIREZ-SOTO
Reward: Up To $15,000
Wanted For: False Statements; Identity Theft; Obstruction; Conspiracy to Commit Obstruction

Ramirez-Soto uses the following aliases - Jacob Guzman, Felix Rafael Ortiz Correa, Andress Sader, Dagoberto Soto, Dagoberto L. Soto, Dagoberto R. Soto, Dagoberto Soto-Ramirez, Felix Correa, Felix Rafael Correa Ortiz, Freddy Santa, Klever Jr Loja, Loaja Klever, Louis A. Lopez, Luis A. Lopez, Luis Melcar, Luis Melgar, Walter Monets, "Pito", and "Pitos."

He uses a variety of dates of birth, including September 10, 1983, October 9, 1983, September 23, 1983, September 19, 1982, September 10, 1982, July 24, 1977, June 24, 1977, July 4, 1976, July 4, 1975, and November 22, 1973. He was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Ramirez-Soto has a bald head and brown eyes. He weighs between 165 to 205 pounds and stands 5 feet, 9 inches tall. He has multiple tattoos on his left arm, chest, and back. Ramirez-Soto has scars on his left knee, neck, and right shoulder. He is a known member of the Latin Kings.

Ramirez-Soto is wanted for his alleged involvement in burglaries targeting Asian businesses in Westchester County and Fort Lee, New Jersey. He allegedly made false statements to the FBI.

5. VICTOR MANUEL TOLENTINO
Reward: Up To $2,500
Wanted For: Bail Jumping; Narcotics Conspiracy

Tolentino also goes by Victor M. Tolentino and Victor Tolentino. He was born on September 3, 1980, in Santiago, Dominican Republic. Tolentino has black hair and brown eyes. His 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. Tolentino has multiple tattoos, including "El Prince" on his upper right arm, and a cross and thorns on his upper left arm.

Tolentino has worked as an auto mechanic and lifts weights. He has ties to Queens, New York, Boston, and Lawrence, Massachusetts. He is an alleged member of a drug trafficking organization that moved heroin, cocaine, and marijuana to New York City from Las Vegas, Nevada, and San Diego, California. He was indicted for narcotics conspiracy on July 3, 2012, and was scheduled to stand trial in federal court in Manhattan, New York City, on September 30, 2013. Tolentino fled prior to the start of the trial and failed to appear in court.
