Deceased African-American Veterans of WNY Display at Central Library
The Central Library in downtown Buffalo has a TON of events this week, including a display on African-American veterans of Western New York!

"This exhibit was created to fill a void present in local history. The eleven panel exhibit listing the names of Veterans collected over the past three years from family members, friends, faith based and community organizations. They represent those who may have endured disparity and social injustice, as well as those who were able to advance through their military careers. In addition to Veterans’ names, the exhibit also highlights some historic moments."
