Alicia Keys Co-Signs Griselda and Shouts Out Buffalo

Alicia Keys just co-signed Griselda's "Dr. Birds" record and visual--yes THAT Alicia Keys.

These boys are on fire! Alicia Keys sat down with Genius.com and watched the Griselda Dr. Birds video, which was directed by the legendary Hype Williams. Alicia was feeling the grit and grime of the record. She said Raekwon and Ghostface killa from Wu-Tang might as well jump on it.

She also gave a huge shout out to Buffalo:

"Buffalo produces a product. It's crazy, you don't expect it, but there's like enough people that come from Buffalo." ~ Alicia Keys

Last night (January 23), on the same day Alicia made her co-sign, the #BuffaloKids performed the song on Jimmy Fallon. If you missed that, you can watch it here.

"Dr. Birds" is the lead single off the group's collaborative WWCD album, also called the What Would ChineGun Do album. This is the group's debut album on Shady Records.

You can hear snippets of the album below. It takes me back to the 90s, back to the Wu-Tang and Mobb Deep days!
