Buffalo Grocery Store Takes BBQ Sauce Off Shelf; Chiefs Fans Are Mad
The Buffalo Bills are getting ready for the AFC playoff rematch they have been waiting for since last January. They visit Kansas City to play the Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium this Sunday evening. Kickoff is at 6:30 pm.
The Bills lost to the Chiefs last year in the AFC Championship game, 38-24, as thee Chiefs eventually advanced to Super Bowl LV, where the lost to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The Bills did beat the Chiefs in Arrowhead Stadium this past October, 38-20, but the real revenge for the Bills will be in the postseason, which is something players have been wanting for the last 12 months.
Western New York is getting ready for the game in any way they know how. Whether that's something like buying a ticket for the game in Kansas City, or perhaps doing something for some good mojo back in Buffalo.
One Buffalo grocery store is going in a pretty hilarious route.
Bills Mafia Babes shared a photo of Dash's Markets taking down KC Masterpiece sauce on their shelf.
Chiefs fans are being a bit salty about it, and saying they don't even use that sauce anyway.
I've heard this many times before from KC residents -- that nobody likes KC Masterpiece, in Kansas City. We have those kind of foods in Buffalo, too, so I can relate.
But it's clear that Dash's is having some fun with the game, and clearly it struck a nerve with Chiefs fans.
Kickoff is just over three days away. The Bills-Chiefs game is the final game of the NFL Divisional Round.
