Community: The Rotary Club of Buffalo Duck Derby is This Weekend!

Watch as rubber ducks race in the waters at Buffalo’s Canalside on Sunday, August 27. Get the details on this free family event!

This is a free, family-friendly event that begin at 11:30 am, with the Duck Race beginning at 2 pm. Ducks are $5 each and available for purchase at any 9 of the public libraries located in the City of Buffalo through today, Monday, Aug. 21, or online at http://buffaloduckderby.com/. Proceeds of the event benefit Rotary Reads Kids Club area within the Buffalo Libraries.

The Buffalo & Erie County Public Library System has more 3.2 million materials available including books, eBooks, DVDs, music & more. Free library cards (traditional and eLibrary) are available to Erie County, New York residents as well as those who work and/or go to school in Erie County, New York.
