I'm not certain this is unprecedented, however, in a  WGRZ News report, there's a CNN Reporter who watched the arrest of his fellow colleague and states that "he's never seen anything like this before"... Have you?

The Minnesota State Patrol tweeted the following, which prompted a swift disagreement from CNN News (below), according to the WGRZ Story:

"In the course of clearing the streets and restoring order at Lake Street and Snelling Avenue, four people were arrested by State Patrol troopers, including three members of a CNN crew. The three were released once they were confirmed to be members of the media."
