California Chick-Fil-A Owner Raises Their Minimum Wage To $17/hr
Wow Let me pack my bags now this is incredible also the most human thing Ive seen this year. instead of being greedy with the earnings a Sacramento, California Chick Fil A Owner decides to create his own pay for his worker called a "Living Wage"
Eric Mason (Owner) Told his ABC 10 in Sacramento:
"As the owner, I'm looking at it big-picture and long-term,What that does for the business is provide consistency, someone that has relationships with our guests, and it's going to be building a long-term culture."
I agree with Eric a lot if you are financially stable you are more happy about the job you are at.
Eric plans to start his 17 dollars an hour pay increase for his employees Monday, June 4. He can do this because Chick-fil-A restaurants are individually owned and operated, so wage decisions are made at the local level.
