Buffalo’s Black Restaurant Week Is Back

In case you haven't realized it by now, Buffalo is 100 percent a food city with a sports problem. So much so that, in fact, Buffalo boasts one of the world's best food festivals.

With summer getting ready to wind down in the next week, we have to get back to one of the things that people in the 716 do best - which, of course, involves food and drinks. One of the most anticipated summer restaurant activities is back in 2024, and we're sure you'll have good feelings and a full stomach afterward.

Black Restaurant Week 716 is here for its seventh year, and we've got the list of every restaurant participating in this amazing event.

What Is Black Restaurant Week 716?

Presented by the Buffalo Urban League Young Professionals, a non-profit group dedicated to supporting community, diversity, and entrepreneurship in Buffalo and Western New York, Black Restaurant Week seeks to highlight minority-owned restaurants and other food services businesses that you may not normally hear about. This year's events feature several Restaurants, Food Trucks, and Catering Services from around the 716, and the vast majority of the food offerings will cost a mere $20.24.

Black Restaurant Week typically occurs in late June, but the event was moved to August to capitalize on synergy with Black Business Month. The fun-filled activities begin on Friday, August 23, 2024, and run through Sunday, September 1, 2024.
