The Buffalo Bills are getting ready for the start of free agency and the NFL Draft. General manager Brandon Beane and head coach Sean McDermott have their work cut out for them, as the Bills have many players who are set to hit the open market as unrestricted free agents.

But first thing's first, the Bills have to make sure their coaching staff is set, and the Bills had one important position to fill on the offensive side of the ball.

Former offensive line coach Bobby Johnson was brought to the New York Giants as their new offensive line coach, after former offensive coordinator Brian Daboll left to become the Giants head coach, along with general manager Joe Schoen.

The Bills have apparently found their next offensive line coach.

According to reporter Brooke Kromer (who is Aaron Kromer's daughter), Aaron Kromer will be the Bills next offensive line coach.

Kromer is a familiar name to Bills fans. He was the offensive line coach for Buffalo from 2015-2016, when Rex Ryan was head coach.

Kromer has been a coach in the NFL and college for the past 30 years and spent time as offensive coordinator for the Chicago Bears from 2013-2014; and was the interim head coach for the New Orleans Saints for six games in 2012. He was most recently the run game coordinator and offensive line coach for the Los Angeles Rams, from 2018-2020.

Kromer has a ton of experience and he's also a run game guru, so hopefully him in Buffalo means the Bills can run the ball more efficiently, even though they will most likely remain a pass-first team.
