The Buffalo Bills host the Indianapolis Colts this afternoon at Highmark Stadium at 1 pm.

The game marks the first meeting between the two teams since the 2020 AFC Wild Card game in January, which the Bills won 27-24.

That game featured now retired Phillip Rivers at quarterback for the Colts. This matchup will feature former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback, Carson Wentz under center for Indianapolis; with beloved former Bills quarterback Frank Reich as head coach.

The Bills won't have a couple of key players for today's game, including rookie right tackle Spencer Brown, who was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list this past Thursday. Brown's absence means the Bills will have to shuffle the offensive line once again.

Here is the complete list of inactives for the Bills today.

Starting linebacker Tremaine Edmunds will also not play today. He went into Sunday as questionable with a hamstring injury.

The Bills face a stiff test with the Colts stellar run game, led by Jonathan Taylor and Nyheim Hines. They also have one of the best front seven's on defense in the entire NFL, and the Bills offensive line will have their hands full with the Colts defensive line and linebackers.

The Bills will have a short week after this game as well. They travel to New Orleans on Wednesday to play the Saints on Thanksgiving night; which will be the Bills' first primetime game ever on Thanksgiving. It will be their second Thanksgiving game in three years, defeating the Dallas Cowboys in 2019.
