Big Sister Spotlight On Girls Scouts CEO Cindy Odom [VIDEO]

Buffalo Girl Scout Ashley Whiteside welcomes CEO Cindy Odom to the Big Sister Spotlight for her continued efforts and accomplishments of building girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place!

Since 2008, Cindy has helped to move the public's opinion of Girl Scouts away from ''cookies, crafts and camps'' to the many volunteer and leadership opportunities the organization offers.

Ms. Odom, the chief executive officer of the Girl Scouts of Western New York, oversees more than 11,000 adult volunteers and 25,000 girl scouts in nine counties!

She is an inspiring, powerful role model for African-American girls to look up to and learn from.
