Hip Hop Fans Get Ready Because Babyface Ray Is Coming To Buffalo
As the weather gets better in the 716, we're seeing more proof that 2024 is set to go down as one of the years we've had for concerts in the best concert seasons we've seen in Western New York in a very long time. The number of great shows, events, and concerts that have happened and are being announced throughout the region is truly nice to see. There are things scheduled all over the Buffalo area, from Southern Ontario to the Greater Rochester area and everything in between.
So far this year, we've seen the Rick James Musical at Shea's, Drake & J Cole do back-to-back shows at the KeyBank Center, Ice Cube in St. Catherines, and Sexyy Red at Blue Cross Arena in Rochester. On the way, we still have Janet Jackson, Lionel Richie & Earth, Wind, and Fire, Fat Joe, Xscape & SWV, and countless other shows on the agenda.

Babyface Ray Is On The Way To the 716
Hip-hop fans all over America have been vibing to music from Detroit for years. The current crop of rappers from the 313 has been making a name for themselves, and that list has to include Marcellus Rayvon Register.
Register, better known by his stage name Babyface Ray, has been making a name for himself and rocking crowds since 2015. Hip-hop fans are well acquainted with Babyface Ray, and his stock is only growing.

Having collaborated with other artists like EST Gee, Moneybagg Yo, Kash Doll, Big Sean, G Herbo, 42 Dugg, Pusha T, and Wiz Khalifa, it's easy to see how his latest album from this member of the 2022 XXL Freshman Class reached 31 on the Billboard 200 charts.
If you're a fan of Babyface Ray, then you have the chance to see him live in the 716 as he's bringing his talents to Buffalo.
On Saturday, June 1, 2024, Babyface Ray is set to hit the stage at Buffalo's Varsity Theatre, located at 3165 Bailey Ave., alongside 716Rich and DJ Wire for the Summer's Mine Concert.
The Varsity Theatre's doors open at 8 p.m., and the show starts at 9. Tickets are available online via Eventbrite and start at $65.
