Woman Kicks Buffalo Police Car, Moons Officers

A woman reportedly caused a disturbance in the Rath Building, yelling obscenities in a reception area. She is apparently facing charges from Buffalo Police, according to WGRZ.

The woman reportedly attempted to resist arrest, kicking a patrol car and even mooning the officers.

She was charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest as well as giving a fake identity, WIVB reports.
