Woman Calls 911 Because Her Drug Dealer Overcharged Her [#BIGDUMMYFILES]

Arlene Starks, 54, of St. Louis, Missouri, is facing charges for calling police because she was upset her drug dealer charged too much for marijuana. True story. What's odd is that she was charged with misusing 911.

According to police, Arlene called 911 on Aug. 16 around 6:15 p.m. to file the complaint. Upon the officer’s arrival, he took down her complaint, then took her into custody. She was released from jail Aug. 20 after posting a $1,000 cash bail.

Just plain old stupid.
