WNY TJ Maxx Reopens with More Than a Hundred People Waiting in Line
Halelujah! TJ Maxx has re-opened. That's one of my happy places and it looks like I am not alone. There were more than 100 people in line today.
The TJ Maxx in Amherst was a popular place this morning (June 15), as it finally reopened its doors. There were more than 100 people waiting in line to get some retail therapy, according to WGRZ. Once the store reached its capacity, people had to wait in line for their chance to go in. I know I have been eagerly awaiting the TJ Maxx stores in our area to reopen, since they made the announcement last month that they would be reopening in June.
All of the TJ Maxx stores employees are required to wear masks. Customers also must wear wear masks. Employees must have their temperatures taken and go through health screenings before being allowed to work their shifts. The dressing rooms are closed for now.
I can't wait to go shopping at TJ Maxx, I always find great deals and I have been missing my doses of retail therapy. I will wait until some of the hype dies down though, I'm not about to wait in that long of a line.
