A man got arrested after he assaulted a female worker at a McDonald's in Florida! Apparently he was asking for a straw and didn't like how she responded, so he reached across the counter and grabbed her by her uniform, according to WIVB. The man, Daniel Taylor, grabs the female employee, Yasmine James, by her shirt, then proceeds to catch a beat down! In the video, she responds to his agression with several punches to his head. After her co-workers pull her off him, Taylor tells the manager that he wants her fired! In St. Petersburg, if a customer wants a stra, they must request one.

Taylor was charged with two counts of simple battery.
