Vh1 plans to begin filming early 2013 for a series of music-focused TV films, including a  film that will celebrate the iconic group TLC. Vh1 is now casting women to portray Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins,Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas and the late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopez.

The film plans to show viewers how TLC began in Atlanta, Georgia and the adversities they faced through the life of the group. The screenwriter that brought Set It OFF, What's Love Got To Do With It? to the big screen, Kate Lanier, has teamed up with Chilli and T-Boz who are the consultants and executive producers of the film.
