Usher Hit With Two Law Suits

Usher Raymond recently settled a $1.1 million lawsuit for allegedly infecting a woman with herpes after a hookup a year ago. Usher received a herpes diagnosis in  2010 around the time of his divorce.  The woman is said to be a celebrity stylist and a friend of his ex-wife Tameka Foster. California law requires a person who knows he or she is infected with genital herpes to warn partners of the diagnosis before sexual contact occurs.

Now another woman has come forth and filed a $10 million suit for negligence, battery and emotional distress claiming that he had “exposed” her to the STD.   She reports that the 2 had sex at her more in Atlanta on April 16 and again 12 days later at a hotel in New Orleans. In the suit, she does not say that she actually contracted the virus.  Usher has yet to comment on these cases.
