Arrested For: CRIMINAL MISCHIEF AND UNLAWFUL IMPRISONMENT

On October 4, 2024, the Saugerties Police Department arrested Wyatt E. Michaels after an investigation into a domestic dispute.

2. TWO JUVENILES
Arrested For: ARSON AND CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

The Malden-West Camp Fire Department and the Saugerties Police Department were called to a structure fire at the large pavilion at the Cantine Memorial Field Complex on September 23, 2024, around 5:12 pm. An investigation of the fire resulted in the arrest of a 13-year-old female and a 13-year-old male.

3. STROUD, DEAFONTA M
Arrested For: UNLAWFUL FLEEING A POLICE OFFICER

Deafonta M. Stroud was arrested on September 29, 2024, at about 10:56 pm after an investigation into several reckless driving complaints involving a Dodge Charger. "On September 13, 2024, during the course of the investigation, an officer observed the Dodge Charger committing traffic violations and attempted to conduct a traffic stop. The Charger failed to stop, accelerated, and fled at a high rate of speed. The operator was later identified as Deafonta and an arrest warrant was obtained for the misdemeanor of Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in the 3rd Degree."

4. RYAN, DYLAN J
Arrested For: ASSAULT, CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, AND ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A CHILD

On September 25, 2024, at 2 pm, Dylan J. Ryan was arrested by the Saugerties Police Department following a road rage complaint.

5. TURNER, NILES HENRY
Arrested For: OBSTRUCTION OF GOVERNMENTAL ADMINISTRATION AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT

"On September 20, 2024, at about 8;27 PM, the Saugerties Police Department arrested Niles Henry Turner, age 38, of Saugerties, New York, following an investigation into a disturbance."

6. FLANDERS, MICHELE ELYS
Arrested For: OBSTRUCTING GOVERNMENTAL ADMINISTRATION AND RESISTING ARREST

Michele Elyse Flanders was arrested by the Saugerties Police Department on September 16, 2024, after an investigation into a disturbance.

7. RAHM, VANESSA F
Arrested For: CRIMINAL OBSTRUCTION BREATHING/BLOOD CIRCULATION, ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A CHILD, AND ATTEMPTED ASSAULT

"On September 8, 2024, at about 8:11 PM, the Saugerties Police Department arrested Vanessa F. Rahm, age 32, of Saugerties, New York, following an investigation into a disturbance."

Todd A. Norlander was arrested on September 4, 2024, by the Saugerties Police Department following an investigation into a complaint.

On Friday, September 7, 2024, the Saugerties Police Department arrested Trevor M. Bond after an investigation into violating an Order of Protection.
