While most mothers are beaming at the sight of their newborn child, Tamar Braxton felt otherwise when her son Logan was born last month. 'The One' singer reveals how she felt disconnected to the baby, a confession many mothers wouldn't dare to share.

After he was born on June 6, Braxton had a hard time getting her son, now eight weeks old, to breast-feed, which in turn caused her to have mixed emotions.

“I guess in a sense I did feel unattached because you know, I really, really wanted to connect with him because I wanted to breast-feed," the 'Braxton Family Values' star admitted during an interview with 'Good Morning America.' "And when he didn’t latch on and when I couldn’t produce milk I just felt like, ‘Is this the wrong child?’ You know what I mean? ‘Am I the wrong mother?’”

The love for her first child was there, however, not in the way one would expect. “I loved him,” she explained. “But I wasn’t like, ‘Oh, gosh, yes my baby, ooh.’ It wasn’t that. It was more like what do I do now, you know?”

Though her feelings of being a new mom were hard to handle at first, the 'Love & War' creator is in a better place with her baby boy. “I am very happy. I feel complete. … He is the best thing that ever happened to me.”
