Two new additions to the wide receiving core are free agent Jamison Crowder and rookie Khalil Shakir.

Shakir was drafted in the 5th round out of Boise State. Many were shocked to see him still on the board, as a 3rd or 4th round selection would not have surprised analysts.

Shakir will learn from one of the best NFL wide receivers, Stefon Diggs.

Diggs is entering his third season with the Bills and hopes to have an even better season than he did in 2020 or 2021.

What sets Diggs apart is his amazing route running and hands. You rarely see Diggs drop a pass and on Wednesday, the NFL shared a video of how Diggs trains to catch anything and everything.

Diggs can be seen catching footballs over the shoulder. At one point, he doesn't look up at all and relies solely on his quick reflexes to recognize where the ball is.

The over-the-shoulder catch is one of the hardest catches to make in football. Diggs is arguably the best at it in the NFL and this video shows how focused he is on improving those already incredible ball skills.
