The snowstorm is also expected to affect the Finger Lakes region - Monroe, Wayne, Livingston, and Ontario Counties, including the cities of Rochester, Newark, Geneseo, and Canandaigua. The storm is expected to move into the area around 1 pm today and go through 9 am tomorrow.
