SC ‘School Resource Deputy’, Ben Fields, Had Right To Act As He Did According to “Disturbing School Law” in SC…but was it Necessary?!

According to a South Carolina Law ... The "Disturbing School Law", the Officer had a right to act in the manner he did ... but ... WAS IT NECESSARY?
