An eleven year-old Colorado sixth grade female student, Yajira Queszada, was shackled by the Assistant Principal at her school and taken to a juvenile holding facility for getting smart and being rude to her. As the Assistant Principal verbally disciplined Yajira, she walked away saying, "I don't have time for this."  The AP deemed her response "argumentative and extremely rude" and reacted by putting her in cuffs and taking her to the juvenile facility.  Yajira's Mom did not approve of her daughter's behavior BUT... feels the punishment was way too harsh.
