Rochester has made the list of the 15 worst cities for black Americans! Some of the criteria used was data on education, health, income and other socio-economic factors. Many of the cities on the list are in the midwest or Rust Belt. Syracuse also made the list, landing right behind Rochester! Erie, Pennsylvania, which is not to far from WNY also made the list.

"To determine the 15 worst cities for black Americans, 24/7 Wall St. ranked the nation’s metropolitan areas based on racial disparities in income, education, health, incarceration, and white-black achievement gaps in other socioeconomic outcomes using data from the U.S. Census Bureau, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Bureau of Justic Statistics." ~ 24/7 Wall St.
