I've been on a seafood kick and was craving Chipotle who of course don't have any seafood options so I decided to create my own! I even made a mock up of their honey vinaigrette and it came out great. Don't get overwhelmed by the recipe, you can simplify it by buying pre-made pico de gallo and any dressing you'd like.   • Chipotle Peppers in Adobe Sauce
  • Minced Garlic
  • Dried Oregano

  • Red Wine
  • Vinegar
  • Honey

  • Onions

  • Season to taste
