President Donald Trump's brother, Robert Trump passed away Saturday evening at the age of 71, according to ABC News.  The report says that President Donald Trump himself announced his Brother's death.  Donald Trump delivered a heartfelt message about his brother, who he was reportedly very close to.

"It is with heavy heart I share that my wonderful brother, Robert, peacefully passed away tonight," he said in a statement. "He was not just my brother, he was my best friend. He will be greatly missed, but we will meet again. His memory will live on in my heart forever. Robert, I love you. Rest in peace."

Robert Trump had been sick according to the ABC News report and was hospitalized in June and admitted to the intensive care unit at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. Robert Trump was initially hospitalized for more than a week, according to ABC News.

"I have a wonderful brother, we’ve had a great relationship for a long time, from day one," he said. "It’s a long time ago. And he's in the hospital right now. And hopefully he'll be all right, but he is pretty -- he’s having a hard time."

According to ABC News, Rober Trump is the youngest of five children by President Trump's Mom and Dad, Fred and Maryanne Trump.  The Trump 'children', with the absence of Robert Trump consist of President Donald Trump, Fred Trump Jr., Maryanne Trump Barry, and Elizabeth Trump Grau.
