Police Officer Tases 14 Year Old Girl As She Puts Her Hands Up

An Allentown PA. police officer is being criticized for tasing a 14 year old girl as she was raising her hands to surrender. Officer Jason Ammary struggled with 14 year old Keshana Wilson just outside Dieruff High School. As the two seperate you can plainly see the young girl attempt to raise her hands to surrender as the officer shoots his taser at her groin.
