Police in Niagara Falls are investigating a small explosion that happened Tuesday!

Witnesses say they heard a loud boom around Portage Road at 11th Street Tuesday night. According to WIVB, authorities say the explosion was in Legends Park. In video captured from a surveillance camera, there is a bright flash of light, the smoke appears. Niagara Falls Mayor Paul Dyster released a written statement saying, "As always, we take this and all incidents seriously.”
