Pennsylvania Mother Charged With Hanging Her Children

Some stories are just so unthinkable it's hard to believe and unfortunately this story falls in that category. A Pennsylvania women is charged with hanging her two children one eight and one four years old in her basement using a wired dog cable.

Being a father of a 10 year old boy I couldn't imagine doing anything that may put his life in jeopardy. This story gets even stranger as Lisa Snyder who is the Pennsylvania women accused of these terrible crimes also allegedly had sex with her dog and bragged about it on facebook Messenger.
