Every Western New York town offers the community something different.

The City of Buffalo may give you a downtown-esque atmosphere, while Eden may be known for the Corn Festival.

And it may seem obvious that the Buffalo Bills stadium is the first thing Western New Yorkers think of when they hear the town “Orchard Park.”

However, we know that there’s more than what meets the eye – especially when it comes to Western New York and, more specifically, Orchard Park.

Take a look at the top 24 responses from Western New York residents.

24 Things You Think Of When You Hear "Orchard Park"

Obviously Orchard Park is the home of Highmark Stadium, but there are plenty of other features that the town reminds you of. Here are the top 24 responses from our Facebook page.

Do you remember the “menopause mall?” At first, I thought this may have been a joke, but I was surprised when I found out that it was a real mall in Orchard Park!

And it’s not to be confused with the McKinley Mall too.

Kathy Ann shared in our Facebook thread what the Menopause Mall was exactly.

“Menopause mall is the small outdoor plaza in the town of O.P.,” Kathy Ann. “Not the McKinley Mall. [Though] I too love McKinley Mall.”

The speed traps comment made me laugh though, because I think everyone has had that brief moment of fear when driving through Orchard Park and you pass one, and you hit the brakes…even if you are not speeding.

And honestly, it kind of makes you look like you were speeding (even if you weren’t) when you hit the brakes suddenly.

What else do you think of when you hear someone say "Orchard Park?"
